Create a Meet Timeline Report

The Meet Timeline Report includes a list of all events in the meet, the number of heats and competitors in each event and an approximate start time for the heat. In order to create a Meet Timeline Report, you need to have first added all the events to the meet, put them into sessions, imported entries and seeded the meet.

Note that start times in the Meet Timeline Report are estimated based on Seed Times in Athlete Entries and the Interval specified when setting up the Session.

Procedure

1. In Meet Manager, select the Reports menu, then the Sessions menu option.
2. Select the relevant sessions that you wish to create a report for in the Session List by checking the tickboxes beside each session.
3. Check that Include Event Start Times is ticked.
4. Click Create Report.
