Import Records into Meet Manager
If your meet is eligible for swimmers to set records you will need to import the current Branch/State, National and World records into Meet Manager so a Records Report can be produced at the end of the meet. The Records Files will be emailed to you in the last few days prior to your meet. The files will be zipped and there will be 6 files in total. If your meet is long course the records files will end in .LCM, if your meet is short course the records files will end in .SCM.
Records files in the zip file start with either I or R. The ones that start with I are the individual records for Branch, National and World. The ones that start with R are relay records, again Branch, National and World. You will only see Branch, National and World in the table of record types. Both individual and relay records will be stored in the one main table, with the relay times at the very bottom of the list.
