Producing a Meet Program

A number of different Meet Program reports may be produced to serve different needs.The recommended Meet Programs are as follows:
- 2 Column Meet Program for distribution to Swimmers
- Single Column Meet Program for distribution to Officials
Procedure
- Select Reports->Meet Program.
- Select the checkboxes beside all of the events.
- Under Gender, select All.
- Select All Rounds.
- Select Indiv + Relay.
- Under Columns, select Single or Double as required.
- For the Swimmer programs, under Athlete ID select None. For Official programs, under Athlete ID select Reg ID #.
- In the Include in Meet Program tab, Only Entry Times should be checked.
- Click Create Report.
- Export the Report to PDF to save the program to your hard drive.
- Print the Meet Programs as required.
