Records Report

After a meet concludes a Records Report is required to be signed by the Meet Referee and submitted to the Branch Recorder. This procedure explains what is required in a Records Report and how to produce it in Meet Manager.
Procedure
- In Meet Manager go to Reports->Meet Summary.
- Under Report Type/Format/Options, select Record Breakers.
- Under Format, select By Event.
- Under Options, check that Athletes + Relay is selected.
- Select the More Options/Splits tab.
- Under More Options, Include birth date and Include registration ID should be checked. No other options should be checked.
- Under Splits, None should be selected.
- Print the report.
- Check that none of the following types of swimmers are included:
- Guest Swimmers
- Exhibition Swimmers(e.g. composite relay team)
- Send the report to the Meet Referee.
- The Meet Referee must check each record to ensure the swimmer is eligible to receive the record. The Meet Referee should sign beside each record.
- The Records Report needs to be scanned and sent to the Branch Recorder.
