Producing a Team Point Score Report

At the end of the meet a Team Point Score report should be produced to determine which teams may have won combined team prizes or awards. This report can be produced at the end of the meet using Meet Manager, or at any time using eProgram.

Procedure - Using Meet Manager

1. From the menu bar, select Reports->Score.
2. In the Scores window, Gender should be set to All.
3. Indiv + Relays should be selected.
4. Standard Events should be select.
5. In the Event List, select each of the checkboxes beside all the standard, postal and relay events.
6. Under Report Type, select Team.
7. Under Report Gender Choices, select Combined only.
8. Under Athlete Criteria, select No Age Criteria.
9. Under Points, select Std Pts.
10. Click Create Report in the menu bar.
11. Print the displayed report for use when announcing overall results.
