Producing an Individual Point Score Report

At the end of most meets prizes are awarded based on overall individual point score in your age group. This procedure defines how to produce the required report.

Procedure

1. From the menu bar, select Reports->Scores.
2. Select the checkbox beside each event to be included in the scoring. This will usually be all of them.
3. At the top of the Window, Gender should be set to All.
4. Select Indiv Only.
5. Select Standard Events
6. Under Report Type, select Individual.
7. Under Report Gender Choices, Male and Female only should be checked.
8. Under Athlete Criteria, Use athlete age should be checked.
9. Under Points, Std Pts should be checked.
10. Click the Age Criteria button.
11. Click the FINA 5 Year button in the top right hand corner. This will update the Age Ranges table to show all the standard Masters Swimming age groups starting with 0-24, then 25-29, etc.
12. Click Ok.
13. Click Create Report
14. Print the displayed report for use when announcing overall point score results.
