Setting Up The Meet
You need to ensure the meet options are set up properly, including DQ codes, region information, etc. If you don’t pay attention to this, the results will not upload properly to the national results portal.

- On the Entries/Entry Limits tab, fill in the needed details. Check "warn if entry limits are exceeded". This should warn someone who is using Team Manager if they exceed the limits, but it won't check other Meet Entry rules(Entry Manager will do that.)
Procedure - Seeding Preferences
In general Seeding Preferences can be left detail. However there are occasions where you may want to use more complicated seeding configurations. See the article Custom Lane Seeding for more details. The default Standard Lanes settings will put the fastest swimmers in the middle lanes.
- Select Setup->Seeding Preferences.
- On the Masters Meets tab, in the Youngest Age Group section, set Low age for Individual Events to 18.
- Set Low age for Relay Events to 72.
Note that in 10 lane pools in Australia, lanes are numbered from 0 to 9.
