Submitting Meet Entries

Entries for most Masters Swimming QLD meets are lodged electronically, via email. The entries are prepared using Hy-Tek Team Manager software.

This procedure is a basic overview of the Meet Entry process and links to other articles that explain in more detail the steps of the process.

Procedure

  1. If not already created, Create your Clubs Team in Team Manager.
  2. If not already added, Add any Athletes that are entering.
  3. Download and Import the TM Events file into Team Manager.
  4. Prepare and export the Meet Entries.
  5. Log into the MSQ Members Community forum site.
  6. Click Entry Manager.
  7. Click Submit TM Entries.
  8. Select the Meet the entries are for. Click Choose File or Browse and select the TM Entry file you have exported.
  9. Click Check Entries.
  10. You will be given a list of entries and any errors found. Correct any errors shown and resubmit once fixed.
  11. If there are no errors in your entry file, click Submit Entries.
