Uploading to eProgram

The eProgram system uses the Meet Manager backup file to create an electronic online program for members. Uploading the backup file will also automatically change the status of entries in Entry Manager to Confirmed. This allows the member entering and the Club Recorder to see that the entry has been accepted by the Meet Organisers and to check the times as they will appear in the program.
Procedure
- Export a Backup File from Meet Manager.
- Go to http://forum.mastersswimmingqld.org.au.
- Select Entry Manager from the left hand menu, then click Upload Backup File.
- Select the name of your meet from the Meet drop down box.
- Click Choose File or Browse beside the Upload File label.
- Select the Backup File from the folder you exported it to.
- Click Upload Backup File.
- Import data will be displayed as the file is processed.
- This step can be repeated as often as required to update the program if it has changed or to update results. To upload again, scroll to the bottom of the page and return to Step 1.
